We strive to be more than the place you go for a bag of bolts. A full-service supplier of industrial supplies. That means being able to both advise and supply, to offer customers not only the fasteners they need, be it custom or stock, but also the tools and supplies needed to get even the most complex project completed.
STUD CUTTING
We’re particularly proud of our custom stud cutting ability. It’s an important facet of Stafford Nut & Bolt's commitment to providing for our customers’ needs. We have an automatic band saw, chamfering and stamping machine which allows us to produce non-stock studs.
BIN DESIGN AND STOCKING
Our bin design and stocking program also sets us apart. We assist companies in determining particular needs for on-hand fasteners and supplies. We then develop a system of bins and drawers to store and organize those products.
Our computer system can generate custom labels for bins and replacement stock, including bar codes, picture representations of the item, descriptions and customer part numbers. Our sales staff can then fill orders for required replacement stock.
JUST IN TIME STOCKING PROGRAMS
It’s all about being lean and mean. We run multiple reports based on normal usage and need, as well as critical shutdown situations. This logistic service allows us to respond swiftly to immediate needs as well as developing stock-and-release programs a year at a time.
LOT TRACKED INVENTORY
People want to know where their fasteners came from. All of Stafford’s stock is lot tracked. That means we have the paperwork detailing where each fastener was fired and forged. Think of it as a nut-and-bolt birth certificate, tracking your fasteners journey from freshly mined ore to your application.
